Returning travellers must stay in Metro Manila from NAIA in the duration of community quarantine


International flights to and from Manila will still be allowed during the 'community quaratine' or the domestic travel ban imposed in the Philippine capital.


Cabinet official clarified that returing overseas Filipino workers and travelers must stay Metro Manila while the community quarantine with domestic travel restriction is in effect.

"Anyone flying in from abroad via NAIA will remain in Metro Manila until the domestic travel ban is lifted," Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles said.

President Duterte placed the country under State of Public Health Emergency and announces the Community Quarantine measure in the Philippine capital.


To prevent infection, authorities are urging people to practice regular hand washing, cover the mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing, and avoid close contact with those who exhibit virus symptoms.

  1. what about those ofw that will be coming to naia via saudi and going to example cavite will they will be allowed to go to their place hometown?
