Ang Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program o 4Ps ng gobyerno ay lumabas bilang pambansang programa na may pinakamataas na suporta mula sa publiko na may 91% rating, batay sa bagong survey ng Oculum Research and Analytics.

Sinabi ng Oculum na ang mga resulta ay nagpapakita ng kahalagahan ng conditional cash transfer program sa mata ng karamihan.

Pumapangalawa sa listahan ang climate action na may 54% ng mga boto.

Sinabi ni Oculum Oversight Board member Manny Mogato na ang bansa ay nakararanas ng masamang panahon nang isagawa ang survey.

Ang K-12 ay pumangatlo na may 53% ng mga boto, sinundan ng Mandatory ROTC sa kolehiyo na may 50%, rice importation 45%, small town lottery 35%, Maharlika investment fund na may 34%, anti-communist insurgency na may 23%, divorce with  22%, at SOGIE bill na may 21%.

Ang survey ay may margin of error na +/-3 puntos sa pambansang antas, sinabi ng pollster.

Ang Oculum ay isang bagong survey firm na naglalayong pag-iba-ibahin ang pool ng mga mapagkukunan ng data at analytics sa bansa.  Gumagamit ito ng mga karaniwang pamamaraan sa pagsasaliksik ng sarbey tulad ng multi-stage random sampling.

4Ps program ng DSWD, naglaan ng P112.8-Billion para sa taong 2024

Hinihiling ng administrasyong Marcos sa Kongreso na maglaan ng kabuuang PHP112.8 bilyon para sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) na makikinabang sa humigit-kumulang 4.4 milyong benepisyaryo sa 2024.

Ang panukala ay nakapaloob sa 2024 National Expenditure Program (NEP) na naunang ipinadala sa Kongreso, sinabi ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) sa isang pahayag.

Ang iminungkahing alokasyon para sa 4Ps ay mas mataas ng PHP10.23 bilyon kumpara sa PHP102.61 bilyon na badyet na inilaan sa ilalim ng 2023 General Appropriations Act.

Ang ilang PHP103.161 bilyon ng iminungkahing PHP112.8 bilyon ay ilalaan para sa iba't ibang cash grant tulad ng buwanang subsidy sa kalusugan na nagkakahalaga ng PHP750 bawat isa para sa 4.4 milyong kabahayan, educational subsidy mula PHP300 hanggang PHP700 bawat buwan para sa mahigit 7 milyong estudyante, at buwanan  rice subsidy na nagkakahalaga ng PHP600 bawat isa para sa 4.4 milyong pamilya.

Ang 4Ps, isang human development program ng DSWD, ay nagbibigay ng conditional cash grants sa pinakamahihirap sa mahihirap na pamilya upang mapabuti ang kalusugan, nutrisyon, at edukasyon ng mga batang may edad 0 hanggang 18.

Tinutukoy ang mga benepisyaryo sa pamamagitan ng National Household Targeting System para sa Poverty Reduction.

Sa ilalim ng Republic Act (RA) 11315 na pinagtibay noong Abril 2019, isang Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) ang pinagtibay upang makabuo ng updated na data na kinakailangan para sa pag-target sa mga benepisyaryo, mas komprehensibong pagsusuri sa kahirapan, at mga interbensyon at pagsubaybay sa epekto sa paglipas ng panahon.

Ang Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 ng administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ay naglalayong makamit ang pagbabagong pang-ekonomiya at panlipunan sa pamamagitan ng paglikha ng trabaho at pagbabawas ng kahirapan.
