Several migrant workers from a printing company in New Taipei test positive of COVID-19

The epidemic continues to spread in New Taipei as it reported 8 migrant workers test positive of COVID-19 in a printing company.

New Taipei City Labor Bureau stated that 8 of the 57 migrants have been diagnosed, of which 7 have been transferred to the quarantine center for treatment and 1 under isolation.

57 migrant workers in the factory lived on the second floor of the factory, with 4 to 6 people in a room. The factory is currently shut down and requires employees to manage their own health.

The Labor Bureau reminds that once an employee is found to be diagnosed, the factory should immediately assist all employees in general screening, and grasp the results of the screening for follow-up anti-epidemic actions.
