Huashan 1914 Creative Park Showcased Large Anatomical Toy Sculptures In Taipei


A series of anatomical character and schematics are launched and currently on display in Huashan 1914 Creative Park in Bade Rd., Zhongzheng District in Taipei. The toy sculpture were designed by a famous New York based sculptor Jason Freeny.


The exhibit will run until September 22, 2019 which is organized by Inception and co-organized by Media Sphere and Singapore based company Mighty Jaxx. The venue is very intagramable as it comprise of life size toy sculptures and different dissected skeletal anatomy collectibles. Check below for photos from Jason Freeny Facbook page of events.




Famous characters from One Piece, Sesame Street, Looney Tunes and others are available. Sculptor and toy designer Jason Freeny voted as the 2014 Fan Favorite by Clutter Magazine readers which previously works for MTV Networks and ESPN before going solo.




Freeny combines toy design and art for hard graphics, science and teaching for detailed anatomy to utilize his industrial design prototyping techniques to create hyper polished, hand-made sculptures.




Tickets are available through ibon (ticket.ibon.com) which are very affordable. Huashan 1914 Creative park has been an important events venue from cultural, exhibitions, theater production and performances. Going to the park by public is by taking MRT Blue line (Bannan Line) and take off at Zhingxiao-Xinsheng Station, the park is 3-5mins walk away.
