Foxconn, a subsidiary of Hon Hai Precision announced that the company will start to manufacture face mask to answer shortage of supply and demand worldwide which is strategic resource for epidemic prevention and control.
The company introduced the mask production line and has been successful on its trial production. It is currently applying for product quality certification. Production of mask by the company can reach 2million pieces per day.

Foxconn pointed out that with its own capabilities and advantages in production management, market collaboration, and technology output, it has opened up a industrial chain of raw material procurement, equipment manufacturing, and increased the production and supply of medical masks.
Foxconn has deployed the new generation of infrared human temperature measuring equipment "smart infrared thermal imaging body temperature monitoring system" at the entrances and exits of the company.
By the end of the month, it can make 2 million mask per day, which will not only meet the group's employees' epidemic prevention, but also actively provide external support and export as necessary to provide strong support for the current epidemic prevention.
