43 provinces in the Philippines records "ZERO" COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks


Forty-three provinces in the Philippines have no confirmed COVID-19 for the past two weeks, according to the data by Department of Health (DOH).


Agusan del Sur, Aklan, Apayao, Aurora, Basilan, Batanes, Biliran, Bohol, Bukidnon, Camarines Norte, Camiguin, Capiz, Davao de Oro, Cotobato and Davao Occidental are in the list of provinces without COVID cases from April 18 up to present day.

Other COVID-free provinces are Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Dinagat Islands, Eastern Samar, Guimaras, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Kalinga, Lanao del Norte, Maguindanao, Masbate, Mountain Province, Misamis Occidental, Negros Oriental and Northern Samar.

Pangasinan, Quirino, Romblon, Sarangani, Siquijor, Sorsogon, South Cotobato, Southern Leyte, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Tawi-Tawi, Zamboanga del Norte and Zamboanga Sibugay also reported no COVID case. 

Meanwhilea, Quezon City, Cebu City and the city of Manila are top three with high number of COVID-19 cases.
