Fire in a quarantine hotel in Taiwan leaves 4 people dead

 

4 people are dead in a quarantine hotel in Taiwan's Changhua City after a fire broke out, three undet quarantine and one firefighter according to the fire bureau of Changhua.


The quarantine hotel, called the "Passion Fruit Hotel," was located on floors 7 to 9, and firefighters were able to evacuate the 31 people trapped in the building, CNA reported.


Three of the guests who were evacuated died of injuries sustained during the fire. One firefighter died of his injuries.


The fire also leaves 20 others in injury at the quarantine hotel. 


The fire bureau said the blaze broke out on the second floor of the building and quickly spread to the floors above it.
