The first batch of Taiwanese businessmen arrived in Taiwan from Wuhan and see three have symptoms of the virus. Two of them tested negative and one tested positive and put under isolation.
After many days of hard work, Commander of the Central Epidemic Command Center and Health and Welfare Minister Chen Shih-chung couldn't help but to cry at the press conference.
"Everyone is very frustrated when they hear it for the first time, but this is also important reason why we brought them back," the minister said.
The minister said that the decision to take the Taiwanese businessmen back to Taiwan was to avoid having their nationals stay in a bad medical environment.
He said that they will do everything to help people get back to their normal lives. Regarding frustration and tears, he also tolerated his emotions and said "I'm sorry, I didn't control my emotions."
