Physically and mentally fit to work abroad
Certificate of Employment (at least 6 months to 1 year experience in the same field)
High School Graduate
Must be willing to undergo skills test and/or trade test to prove that you have the skill and experience
Must be willing to undergo medical examination, cost payable to DOH-accredited clinic.

11. Pre-Employment Seminar (PEOS)
12. Vaccination Card and Booster Card
13. PSA Marriage Certificate (If married)
