Taipei 101 lights with pink lights showing the world that "TW CAN HELP" amid pandemic


The Taipei 101 building is lit with pink lights on the exterior wall marked with "TWcanHELP" amid COVID-19 pandemic showing that we are all united to get over this crisis.


Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the world has exceeded 1.96 million confirmed cases and more than 120,000 deaths worldwide.

Taiwan has announced the launch of the first wave of international epidemic prevention aid, giving a total of 10 million medical-grade masks to countries in need.

Taipei 101 pointed out that in response to recent Taiwan ’s own epidemic prevention efforts, Taipei 101 lights up on the outer wall of the 59th to 60th floors to the north wing of the building from 6:30 to 10:00 in the evening.


Light up with pink and white lights written "TWcanHELP, it hopes to build confidence for the people to fight COVID-19. In February, Taipei 101 also lights up to thanked the frontliners.
