About Acbel:

Workers in this role are responsible for the slaughtering and processing of chickens and ducks in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. 

Their duties include handling live poultry, performing slaughter according to established procedures, bleeding, scalding, and defeathering using both manual and mechanical methods. They are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout the process to ensure meat quality and to follow strict safety guidelines when using knives, cutting tools, and processing equipment.
