Snow flakes fall at Hehuanshan, 0.1°C at noon and -8°C at night as ice starts to form


People in Taiwan, locals and visitor already start chasing snow as Hehuanshan encounters its first snow fall in Taiwan. Earlier, Xeshuan experience first the snow fall.

The Central Weather Bureau pointed out that due to the northeast monsoon and cold air mass, Taiwan is in a "wet and cold" state, and chances of snowfall in the mountains above 3,000 meters tonight to tomorrow morning.


Earlier, the snow-capped mountains and the Xeshuan Mountain had snowed, which made the people very excited.

Taiwanese netizen broadcasts live on a Facebook group as snow continues to fall and other are looking to flock to Hehuanshan starting today.
