Northeast monsoon that brings cold temperature in Taiwan starts to weaken and temperature starting Friday (Dec 13) can go up hight to 30 degrees, according to Central Weather Bureau (CWB).

Though night temperatures could fall about less than 10 degrees of the daytime temperature around Taiwan, warning of a big day-night temperature gap the CWB warned.
