Cold front to hit Taiwan reaching 6°C temp forecast starting Sunday


The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said that it will be affected by the cold surge from tomorrow night until Feb 19th, the low temperatures in all parts of the country can below 10 degrees up to 6 degrees. 


A low-temperature orange warning already issued in the 6 counties and cities might drop  to 10 degrees up to 6 degrees.

The mercury will begin to fall in northern Taiwan Sunday morning and gradually go low as night time comes.

The cold surge is forecast to affect Taiwan until Wednesday morning, during which period overnight temperatures of 7-11 degrees will be likely in northern, central and northeastern Taiwan, and 12-13 degrees in the south and east, according to the CWB.
