OFW in KSA gets fire from work after posting Tiktok video

An overseas Filipino worker in Saudi Arabia was fired by her employer after she recorded a video of herself in Tiktok wearing their company's uniform.

With this, the OFW went to the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in Jeddah to seek advice with regards to her termination.

According to her, someone has reported her to their office. After that, she was called by her boss and was commanded to delete the video she posted in Tiktok.

The OFW defended that the dance she did in the store where she worked  was not even malicious.

Meanwhile, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Welfare Officer James Mendiola reminded all OFWs, especially  those who are in Saudi Arabia, to be careful in whatever they post in social media because even after their working hours, they are still part of the company they work for 24 hours a day and seven days  in a week.
