Hundreds of suspected cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the Philippine hospitals have already been discharged, according to the Department of Health (DOH).
Among the total of 610 persons under investigation (PUIs), only 98 are still admitted in the hospitals based on the data by DOH.

Metro Manila remains to have the highest number of confined PUIs at 85. The rest are being accommodated in Calabarzon, Central Visayas, Central Luzon, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Northern Mindanao, and Soccsksargen.
Meanwhile, the two confirmed cases in the Philippines are already recovered andwere no longer receiving hospital care, the other one confirmed case died. All of them are Chinese nationals.
