A Filipino migrant worker named Adrian Arcilla survived a lofe threatening incident that saw his upper body got eaten by machine on a food processing plant in Xiandian District, New Taipei City.
According to reports, the migrant worker accidentally opened a pressure relief valve that cause the machine to descend.
Police immediately open the machine and pull the worker out but unconscious. Without any intervening time the worker was sent to Tzu Chi Hospital for treatment.
The brother of the patient is in Kaohsiung as he is going to pay a visit.
