A non-profit organization called Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) opens a office in the Philippines on November 13 to have uta assistance expand its for Filipino children and families.
The organization said its aim was to help children of poor families and it was already helping 2,700 children in the Philippines.
TFCF also looking to expand its assistance in eastern Visayas.
