Sun Moon Lake in Nantou will see two fireworks display that will show simultaneously on New Year's eve according to the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration (SMLNSAA).
The fireworks display are both seven-minute long to welcome year 2020 that visitors amd locals will surely enjoy. There were no fees to be collected as the admission is free.

On New Year’s Eve, the SMLNSAA will hold a party at Shuishe Pier starting at 8 p.m. until 11:50 p.m., from there the countdown for 2020 begins.
A separate seven-minute firework show will take place at Yidashao Pier across the lake from Shuishe Pier. The administration also recommends watching the first sunrise of 2020 at Sun Moon lake.
