The Department of Education (DepEd) was investigating a report that a high school teacher in Pili National High School in Iloilo allegedly showed a pornographic video during science class.
The male teacher shows a documentary TV series about sex which explains different positions and diseases.
"The public is assured that this matter will be dealt with in a just and objective manner strictly adhering to statutory policies in the department," said DepEd in a report by ABS-CBN
Some students even testified that they had watched porn inside the school.
Ajuy Mayor Jett Rojas is concerned about this and according to the mayor the Department of Education is investigating the issue and guide teachers on how sex education should be taught.
