Taiwanese Franchise Brand Chatime Records Its 100th Store In The Philippines

Taiwanese bubble tea franchise brand Chatime opened and recorded its 100thstore in the Philippines. Chatime foodstuffs assorted drinks of tea beverages like the popular pearl milk tea, it also offers juices, smoothies and coffee.

Chatime have been an international bubble tea brand which has outlets in 38 countries which includes United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Philippines.

Philippines now become the 3rd overseas market for the brand behind Australia and Indonesia. Filipinos have an uptrend on milk tea which is now increasing and different kinds of bubble tea stores popping up in malls, stalls and other places.

Chatime's Tea Tap

Its 100th store stands in Davao City, Chatime in the Philippines have started in 2011 that now have become a huge potential as the “Chatime milk tea” is the bestseller among Filipinos. Consumers used to prefer coffee but milk tea quickly become mainstream in popularity according to Chatime Philippines.

In Southeast Asia, Indonesia has more than 300 Chatime stores followed by Philippines with 100 and Malaysia with 50. According to Chatime Philippines, it is looking to expand their stores to 200 by 2020.
