Taiwan affected by cold front reaching to 14℃ with another cold wave by April 1

The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said that temprature in Taiwan can reach 14 degrees Celcius as the country is affected by cold weather front.

The bureau forecast temperatures will dip to 14-15 degrees in northern Taiwan, 16-17 degrees in central Taiwan and 18-19 degrees in the south today (Sunday).

Rainfall in Taiwan has slowed down and it is estimated that the temperature will rise from Monday.

By April 1st (next Wednesday) another wave of front will pass and the northeast monsoon will strengthen.

It urged the public to keep a close eye on a wide day-night temperature gap, in particular in central and southern Taiwan, and to stay warm.

Meanwhile, Taiwan's highest peak Yushan saw its second snowfall this month on Saturday morning as a weather front introduced abundant moisture to the 3,952-meter mountain according to CWB.
